Duchess De Nemours

This is the classic double white peony and one of the oldest in cultivation. The central petals are a light yellow deepening to a pale green. The large outer petals support a froth of longer inner petals which gradually become snowy white with each passing day. Grows as large fragrant flowers on a sprawling bush and also flowers late.
